Kraftsmen Baking opened in Houston in 2002 representing true artisan style production of bread and baked products. Based in Houston, Texas, the bakery makes sandwiches, baked pastries, salads, cookies and coffee. Kraftsmen Baking has a store every Saturday at the farmer's market held at T'afia restaurant. For breakfast the restaurant offers warm taco, fresh cinnamon roll and other variety of breads baked in the restaurant's ovens. The restaurant also provides catering for area businesses and the lunch boxes include all the necessities, including chips and a cookie.
