My mom and I joined about 5 months ago and this was the best choice I have made for my health and fitness. This is the best shape I have been in and I will never go anywhere else. If your a lady that wants to get in the best shape of your life and stay motivated join this place ASAP.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!! I have had gym memberships before but this totally different. I look forward everyday to the workout and I'm one that usually dreads working out!! I love the atmosphere and working out with the other lady's there :)
Best work out spot in West Houston! the age ranges of the women gives motivation to us all to be healthy for life!! The personal attention cannot be beat! The early morning hours accommodate my work schedule which makes me get up and move! David is the best trainer. Love it!
I thoroughly enjoy going to the Knockouts workouts due to the personal attention they show me. While I have been a member for only a couple of months, the Knockouts staff always listens to my concerns and designs a workout routine that works for me. I really see the difference in how my clothes fits now.

I have been a member of Knockouts Fitness for 8 weeks now - I have seen progress for my health and feel great. I also have lost 3 lbs. and feel great in my clothes. I also try and eat right and take their Protein they offer. I highly recommend it.
This a 30 minute workout that is fantastic. You get a personal trainer with every workout which is in groups (classes can range from 2 to up to 10 depending on the time of day you go). Everyone should try it, you owe it to yourself.

I would highly recommend Knockouts Fitness for Women for any woman looking to get in shape. The workouts are intense, but definitely worth it. I've already seen results in the 6 weeks I've been there. The trainer is great about working with people of all fitness levels, and can help you reach your goals. He's even willing to review your food diary on a weeking basis to help you with your nutrition, too. If you're committed to getting in shape, Knockouts is committed to helping you get there.

Highly motivating place! Surrounded by women with similar goals and that makes it a lot more fun. The staff is very nice and they are definantley there to help and support us in our goals..I reccomend this place to any female that wants to get in the best shape and stay motivated through out the process!
