Founded in 2002, Ketelsen Elementary School serves students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. It maintains a library and special staff for fine arts, speech, music, science, and physical and computer education. The school conducts various after school programs. Ketelsen Elementary School has a parent-teacher association, as well as a special staff for visually-impaired students. It organizes several events that include Hispanic Heritage Month, Math Night and Thanksgiving day celebrations.
