First of all I'm a very very polite person because i treat people the way i want to be treated ... that been said, Mrs searle which is the lady that answers the phone was VERY VERY VERY RUDE with ZERO MANNERS; I called to explain to her the outcome of my case and my thoughts on it and she immediately started raising her voice and getting ANGRY. I told her there where was no communication from their part and i would've like to know more about the whole court process (this is my 2nd ticket EVER ) so my knowledge on this is small to nothing which is the reason why i hired them, as i was explaining to her she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME and when i tried to call back she NEVER answered. I came here because i was recommend by a friend, i felt a little off whenever i started reading the reviews but i trusted my friends feedback... ALL OF THE REVIEWS TALKEDBAD ABOUT HER AND IT IS TRUE SHE IS A VERY RUDE WOMAN.
