My oven went out and needed to have fixed quickly. But as many others are concerned, we want to be sure we are hiring somebody who will take care of us and not pull our strings and over charge us. I called Monday morning and had somebody out that afternoon. John determined the issue and ordered the part. He was back out on Wed to fix. Very happy with the service and work. Will use in the future.

Mr. James personally handled the service on my pre-owned G.E. refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I was attempting to refurbish a very nice G.E. Profile Arctica refrigerator. Unfortunately, the total cost of parts and labor exceeded my expectations and budget on the refrigerator. Yet, I was very pleased with Mr. James' honesty and expertise during the service. Great service and company!
