Albert E Raizner, M.D., began practicing cardiology in the Texas Medical Center in the 1970’s and formed ICA in 1987, this team of cardiologists provide comprehensive prevention, general diagnostic, interventional cardiovascular and cardiac electrophysiology services. Our long-term stability, our experience and breadth of our services, along with our dedication and commitment to research in the advancement of the field of cardiology, have led to establishing our reputation as one of the premier cardiology groups in Texas.
