very very hard and frustrating to get anyone to answer to answer the phones. Needed to call and let them know that my husband had taken very ill and that his appointment needed to be rescheduled but just got recordings. This is very sad when dealing with a cancer patient and getting the appointment was a hassle due to scheduling in the beginning. Now we sit and wait to hear from them at their convenience. I find this really hurtful and shows a lack of concern for the patient. Have called our primary physician and requested we go else where and very disappointed in the way their customer service is handled when trying to call for help to only get recordings. What happened to Real People answering phones at supposedly a place of helping the sick?....!!!!!!!!!!!
