Houston Eye Associates (HEA) is a team of board-certified ophthalmologists and board-licensed optometrists with advanced fellowship and specialty training in the fields of ophthalmology and optometry. For 50 years Houston Eye has been providing patients with the highest level of care at over 21 locations in Greater Houston. HEA covers all areas of ophthalmological and optometric care, with treatment available in all specialties and ages. Specialties include: LASIK/refractive surgery, cataracts, glaucoma, retina, oculoplastic, uveitis and neuro-ophthalmology. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Never going to them again. They told me my insurance covered everything then when I get here they tell me differently. The staff is super rude and forget about you completely. I will never go back here and advise everyone else to do the same.

This place is the WORST! They are inconsiderate, Keep patients waiting for hours, We have had to WAIT for 2 hours plus there are 3 people ahead of me and I still walk out without being seen. Today it was 3 hours, RIDICULOUS!! I had to pitch a fit to get some attention. REALLY! This was after 2 other appointments that I wasn't seen becuase of the WAIT. Elderly and other people have a LIFE and OTHER things to do besides spend the day at this clinic. Seriously!!!!!

Would be a 5 star except for the wait time. They consistently keep patients waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Otherwise, a good office and good staff.
