Established in 1991, Houston Community College offers a range of associate degree and certificate programs. The college enrolls more than 3,500 students. It conducts classes in mathematics, natural science, American history, performing arts, music and drama. Houston Community College also provides instruction in journalism, general communication, biology, humanities, and radio and television broadcasting. The college offers a variety of child care, counseling, disability support, student placement and testing services.
