He has advised and served as a mentor for other attorneys in the probate and guardianship fields, and has testified in Court as an expert witness in trials of fiduciary liability cases.

He serves as Guardian or Federal Fiduciary for numerous disabled veterans, and has extensive experience dealing with the VA, Social Security, and government organizations.
