i gave this a 1 star b/c 0 stars isn't an option but AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!! worst "repair" job ever. first off, was told "my parts were already ordered and shipped, just bring in the car and it will be out in 2 days". Well, 8 days later, paying for a rental car every day, i call to check - haven't heard from him at all - and he says its ready. i drive from downtown to katy, turn in the rental. it's not ready. come back the next day, i can take the car home, but its still not ready. it will now be 2 weeks and nothing complete. also, it is NEVER this guy's fault. anybody else, including the customer (it was my fault that i called to confirm it was ready at 2pm but did not call back on my way out there at 5 "b/c he would've told me it wasn't ready then"). he didn't do half the work he said he would, and the half he did isnt done correctly, and that's why i'm having to go back. if you value your time and sanity, DO NOT take your car to this place!!!
