By asking me if it was fair for his optometrist to waste her time on an eye exam which would not even pay for her $50/ hr wage. He refused to let me pay for the eye exam I came to get and kept my newly written prescription. He wasted my time and acted beyond the word unprofessional. This man was out of line, how dare he place this problem on me. If he is not making enough profit to pay his employees that is not the customer's issue.
