I've never written a review, certainly not a negative one, but? for the past 6 years, I've spent ~$70 per month at Elite. Bad experiences while traveling taught me to check packed garments for problems like missing buttons or scorch marks. I'd learned to overlook these disappointments because Elite was conveniently located. But recently 3 laundered dress shirts (including my favorite Nordstrom shirt) were returned with large holes where 6 of the collar button should have been. Elite admitted it was their fault (so far so good). I said not to worry about one shirt since it was 6 mos old. But I did ask the manager to provide a store credit for the replacement cost of the other two shirts (equivalent to the shirts' sreplacement cost ). I never received any credit. I spent about $3,000 at Elite over the past few years and was really surprised at how little they care about my continuing patronage. Everyone has to make their own assessment, but I've taken my business elsewhere.
