I went there for first time visit . I told the hostess that my vision is impaired and I need her to finish paperwork for me and she refused to do so and claimed it is the clinic policy. She also claimed that that policy won't change just for one patient.I told her it is not the policy but she is lazy. Then she accused me of being lazy ,OMG I am legally blind and I am not lazy. I need to tell everybodymy experience in this clinic. She told me to find somewhere else .She refused to tell me her name and I waste my time and taxi money not being able to see the Doc. Shame onthis clinic !!!!!!
