Dr. Shillings has been a true blessing in my life. She is kind, good bedside manners and she has worked with me to help with my pain.
Dr. shilling does not listen to patients needs, after over 3 yrs. w/ her she had reduced all meds. to where sleep was impossible, tried to obtain med. records for a new Dr. and that has been a big runaround, and is hindering me from obtaining an apt. w/ other Dr.s ,The Office manager would be better off working in a prison as she looks down on patients as if they were criminals.
Doesn't listen, no empathy, pain is not mangaged and does nothing to help me. I'm done. Don't waste your time or money.
I keep trying to write a review w/o profanity but a message pops up saying my review may not contain profanity. Ok, I wouldn't let her treat a dead dog.
I saw Dr Schilling for over 6 years. Once her practice expanded into the Physical Therapy part and she hired additional staff her practice went south. One time I called at 12:05, the receptionist answered the phone as if they were open (they never ever told pts they closed for lunch) I tried to ask one simple yes no question and instead of answering she said "we are closed you have to call back after 1:30" Then why answer the phone? The same lady when you sign in is ruder than ruder-makes a horrible first impression.
Every visit takes over an hour easily not because the doctor is spending this time with pts but because you wait. When you are finally seen it is always first by an intern who goes through everything, then they go talk to Schilling and then they both come back and do the entire thing again. My time is worth $$ too. I was never asked either if this practice was ok, most places ask first if a student came sit in.
I hope you do not need forms filled out for insurance because those take forever also. And for pice for office visits--oh my! I know she is a specialist but $375 for 5 minutes max with her wow. Once there a pt came without insurance and asked for a cash discount, the cash discount per visit is $180. That is insane!!!!
