At first I was very happy with this dental office. My granddaughter loves the dentist and always comes out smiling. But there is a definite problem with appointments. We made an appointment for her regular cleaning about a year ago. We arrived at they're office to find it closed. I contacted them and was told they were no longer open on Friday's. We were never called to reschedule our appointment.. And now it has happened again. We had an appointment for Wednesday of last week. I called that morning to verify the appointment and was told it had been canceled. Another canceled appointment without notification. We rescheduled for 10:00 today, January 7th, When we got there we found a sign taped to the front door stating they were closed and would reopen on January 8th. Two canceled appointments in less than a week. I don't know what is going on, but I must say this is the most unprofessionally ran business I have ever come across.

I had a great experience getting a crown replaced, highly recommend.

This place offered a free consultation for orthodontic services. They cancelled the appointment at the time I arrived at the office. They never followed up with me and sent me a bill for what was supposed to be a "free" consultation. Their clerk is rude and uninformed. I'm calling them about the bill they sent me at 10AM on a regular business day and no one answers. avoid this place at all costs.

I had a wonderful experience with my dental visit. They were very accomodating and made me feel relax. I would highly recommend this practice.

My experience with Dr. Nguyen and Zaman have been great. They treated my kids and me with kindness, very honest.
