Provided by YP.comI am TERRIBLY upset with this place. My father has been having problems with his eyes which he started out thinking was severe dry eye and turned out to be Essential Blephora Spasm. He went to this doctor after months of seeing several other doctors and exploring all options he thought necessary/possible. His eyes have gotten so bad he can hardly work or drive anymore. If you knew my father, you would know how sad this is to see not only for himself but our entire family. He is so hard working and then comes home to continue to work on projects and different things around his house, mine, anyone who needs any help doing anything, he is always staying active and working hard. He recently found out from this doctor he needed Botox for his eyes to help alleviate the pain from his eyes constantly blinking involuntarily. This doctor couldn't schedule him until the 31st, so since my father has been dealing with this for months already until he finally found a "diagnosis" he and my mother tried to find a place on their own to do the botox AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so he could be out of the pain he is in. The insurance said if this doctor would say he needed it they would cover it wherever my dad went. This doctor said, no he doesn't need it, he's dealt with it for four months he can wait. HE CAN WAIT????? He hasn't "Dealt" with it for four months, he's been adamently trying to figure out the problem so he could fix it because it is affecting his health, his life, his work and we are all very worried about him. Same as when my son was diagnosed with something in Houston, the doctors were UNCONCERNED they might not be able to treat him adequately, they still wanted to be the ones to do it. Arrogance and money comes before the patients needs. My poor dad has to wait because this man needs one more Botox in his pocket instead of helping a man who only wants to go to another doctor for ONE thing this doctor doesn't have the time for at the moment. I am disgusted with this doctor's behavior. My dad has a very upstanding reputation for being so loyal and honorable and kind and the kind of person you hardly come across anymore in these days and times. He deserves much better than this doctor has to offer. He should be ashamed of himself and if it were HIS eyes in the same position, I guarantee he wouldn't be waiting until the end of the month to get it fixed. People like this are what's wrong with the world today.
