Verdict upheld on appeal to the United States Court of Appeals to the Fifth Circuit.
- FraudSuccessfully prosecuted and settled real estate fraud claims on behalf of clients who were sold property burdened with delinquent property taxes. The sellers utilized seller financing to avoid disclosure of the delinquent property taxes until after the sale was final. Once the delinquent taxes were discovered, suit was filed and a speedy settlement was obtained.
