I have bought medical products from this company several times without incident. However, in October 2010 I purchased a product that cost $392 which I never received. Instead I received someone else's order that cost $60. Over a 2 week period i tried to work with their customer service to resolve the issue. Now In November I'm out $113 because they refuse to refund the full amount. I will never do business with this company again.

I received a letter in the mail addressed to my mother, who has been dead for 7 years or so. Debbie was nice enough to remove my mom's name from the mailing list quickly and without any problems. She was friendly and helpful, and they tried to make sure we wouldn't receive any more mail for my deceased mom.
