A very good company. And good people to. They leveled my house while I was inside. What an experience! Very happy with their work.
Good company that delivered good results. The corner of my garage was sinking and the cracks were very obvious. They are the real pros.
I was shocked to realize that the front of my house was settling. How can that happen? Well, the man from Dawson was very patient and answered all of my questions. I am not happy with the way my house was originally built but Dawson gave me a lot of confidence that they could level it and I wouldn't have any problems in the future. There were very professional and so far the house is perfect.
Dawson should be complimented for their company and their work. They really are a notch or two above the competition with their work ethic and their higher quality repair method. They stress the difference in quality and I agree with them. Their method is much better. It does cost more but I didn't want to cut corners with my home.
Dawson gets my highest recommendation. They were very professional and very diplomatic when my questions were off-target. They did a great job digging the holes and pouring the concrete and then leveling my foundation. Very good company.

I had previous experience working with Dawson on an earlier home and was very happy with their work. My current home started experiencing the same cracks in both the interior and exterior walls so it was a no brainer to call Dawson again. Like last time, they did great work.
They put 16 piers in under my foundation. Their work was good and they delivered on their promises. Great cleanup too. I repaired and painted the sheetrock inside my home after the foundation repairs and I haven't had any problem since. Very good contractor.

Exceptional job! The job supervisor went the extra mile on every phase of the project. The crews are to be praised for their efforts. I will recommend Dawson to my neighbors and all those in my subdivision.
During heavy rains I would have a problem of water seeping into my home. I called several companies and two of them gave me a sub-par solution at different times. I wasted my money with both of them. But Dawson took care of the problem with a French drain and collection basin. And they installed Bell Bottom Piers around the west side of my home and leveled it too. Now for the first time in years I have a level home and no water seepage. Thank you.
The salesman at Dawson explained that this would be a 2 or 3 week process to allow the concrete to dry. They did good work and were very organized. If you are going to have any interior work done then be prepared for the process.
