The Law Offices of James R. Davis were established in 1998 to protect the rights of individuals and curtail the abuse of the State and employers. We have routinely fought the D.A., the U.S., the State of Texas and large companies throughout Texas to prevent abuse against consumers, employees and citizens. In addition, we are a resource for the people of Texas for reporting governmental abuse. If you need help you can call our office and schedule a time for consultation. You need not be a victim. Many people feel the way you feel. James Davis attended the Ohio University and graduated Cum Laude in 1991. In 1997 he graduated from the Texas Tech School of Law and has been in private practice for many years. We are accepting cases in federal employment law, criminal law and complex family law matters. Of course Mr. Davis will accept other cases on a case by case basis. James Davis offers a unique insight into the practice of law because of his interest and commitment to civil liberties.
