From start to finish my team was absolutely phenomenal! Everyone was so professional and friendly AND we were ahead of schedule. All of our stuff was packed up and transported safe and sound. In the event that I need to have another dreadful move, I WILL be calling these guys to make my life easier. Highly recommend them!

Crossland came highly recommended from friends of mine and at first I was a little skeptical, "I can move on my own, I don't need to pay someone to do it for me!". I'm glad that I gave in and called them though! From initial appointment set up to arrival at the new place this team was better than I could have asked for! They are so quick and efficient in the moving process and everyone is so professional. Nothing was broken or damaged and I could actually find my stuff in the correct room rather than spending the next three months searching through boxes! I will not be moving myself ever again! From my initial contact to completion, working with Crossland Van Lines was a pleasurable experience. The estimate from them was detailed, timely and close to the final cost (actually came in under!) I spent almost three days with the team--packing and preparation Day 1, move to Houston Apartment Day 2 and second move to lake house Day 3. The team was complete professionals and a joy to spend three days with during a very stressful time. Showed up on time or arrived early. No screwing around; no surprises. They did what they would do. If they had a question, they asked it. Otherwise, they worked their butts off. Very nice, respectful and understanding of what a stressful time it was for us. Nothing broken, nothing misplaced in two truck loads of stuff to two separate locations. It is was so nice and reassuring to work with folks who deliver what they promise at a very, very reasonable price.
The last time I moved 'nightmare' isn't enough to describe it; but with Crossland Van Lines's team, it was so easy! Things I hadn't packed were quickly wrapped and swept into boxes under my supervision by one man while the others packed the heavy furniture and items on the truck. We started at 9 and were done by 4, with boxes in rooms where they needed to be and the furniture placed so that we could enjoy our new home.
We have had three major moves. The first two were with very large well known moving companies. We had to claim and have repaired many items that were broken, including a china cabinet that fell over in the truck. We used Crossland Van Lines for our last move and did not have to claim one item. We have several large and breakable pieces of furniture and they did an extraordinary job of padding and relocating the furniture safely to our new house. The crew was such hard and careful workers. We were very pleased with their efficiency team. We highly recommend them and will use them if we have to move again. What a great feeling not having to claim damages and deal with repairs!
Crossland Van Lines's crew did such a great job moving us the first time (local) that we used them a second time. They were quick, polite, professional, and eager to please. I'm still amazed at how they were able to get my big sofa and dining room table up two, relatively narrow, flights of stairs without hitting the walls or railings. When we make our final move, my first call will be to Crossland Van Lines.
I have used Crossland Van Lines three times in the last 6 months! They are exceptional. The movers were professional and easy to work with. Always come in at the quoted price - no gouging!
