The firm s services including bridge design and inspection, water resources, transportation, marine, construction and airport engineering and facilities management. The firm has worked on various projects including bridges, public buildings, treatment plants, highways, dams, recreational facilities, shopping malls and tunnels. The firm is headquartered in Houston and has offices in Virginia, New Jersey, Dallas, New York City, Washington, D.C., and Bangladesh as well.
