Very unprofessional and loves to argue even when have tried to end conversation they do not go by the law and think they know everything this place needs to be shut down. Wish I could give them negative stars-*********************

This is NOT where you want to live. The maintenance man takes 7-30 days to fix anything. The landlord is racist. The neighborhood is full of trash blowing everywhere and their is no deed restriction in force YET the trash cans being on the street is a violation of the lease agree and you get notices for this!! Again don't even waste your time or $$. This is not the rental company you want tp rent from!!

This agency does not follow the laws of Texas governed by TREC. They have lied, not returned our deposit, hung up on us, and a suit will be filed on them Monday morning 10/13/08 unless we recieve our deposit funds back of $4200. We tried to rent a home they have listed. The agent told us to start the process we had to provide a deposit of $4200 which we did promptly. She told us it had to be made out in the owners name. The deal fell apart after days of negotiating. WE NEVER EVEN SIGNED A CONTRACT and CAN'T GET OUR MONEY BACK! The deal fell apart on 10/7/08 and we still don't have our deposit back three days later. Be aware. The broker is not cooperating and lies ALSO. We are filing suit on Monday if we don't have our deposit back. The property is still listed on HAR as active, but be cautious...don't work with Classic Properties to lease it...work with a real agency that follows the laws and protects its clients. I will remove this review if and only if we recieve our deposit back by Monday 10/13/08
