Yes The Food Is Great ! ... So with my Girlfriend & i eating there atleast 3 times a month.. I Will have to Say Customer Service is Terrible..! AwFUL... FROM WHO GREETS YOU AT the Door. to who EVER answers .The Phone. RUDE! RUDE.!

THIS IS THE WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. THE STAFF IS RUDE THE FOOD NOT ALL THAT GOOD. THE WAITRESS KEPT COMING TO MY TABLE REACHING OVER MY FOOD TO FILL MY CUP. SHE CAME EVER 3 DAMN MINUTES BOTHERING US. I ON THE PHONE CONDUCTING BUSINESS AND SHE WAVE HER HAND IN MY FACE TO TRY AND GET MY ATTENTION 3 MINUTES AFTER SHE HAD ALREADY BEEN TO MY TABLE. THEN I WAS ONLY THERE FOR 10 MINUTES WHEN THEY CAME AND BROUGHT ME MY CHECK LIKE I WASN'T GOING TO PAY....THEN WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER SHE TOOK THE WAITRESS SIDE AND SAID I STILL GOTTA PAY FULL PRICE!!!!! IM FILING ALL KINDS OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS PLACE!!!!!!

this place was the worst...not only were the people that worked there very rude and ignorant but i happen to be watching one of my little baby cousins the day we went to this place and she was alittle fussy that day. Anyways one of the workers kept coming up to us bugging us telling us we had to leave because she was crying. when we asked for our money back they wouldnt give it to us. i could not even enjoy my food not for a second without that lady coming up to the table sooooooooooo many times...she kept saying how the policy says what it says but when we asked to bring the policy to us she refused to...she just kept saying we had to leave...i dont advice anyone to go there with kids because they have a fit, they should have a big sign that says kids arent allowed especially babies

It sounds like the other reviews are for a different place! This was the worst buffet experience ever. Someone took our drink order when we arrived but we never saw her again. The floors were sticky. Much of the food was fried, greasy American food. The sushi and Chinese items were tasteless. I tried the Mongolian grill and the meat was all tough and tasteless. Yuck.

We literally went there on opening day after watching it being built. We like it a lot...have been many times and the food keeps getting better. I specifically like the sushi bar that started out with nothing and they have added more variety and volume every time we have gone. The last time my husband & I went, we also took my Mom and she was impressed by the various foods she tried. My husband has his favorites and is never disappointed. The service is friendly and sometimes a little TOO efficient! They keep it clean and the decor is attractive. I always feel like I have been well served and gotten my money''s worth when I eat here.

This place is to die for! Buffet and Mongolian Grill. I found myself going up for more and more food even tho I was stuffed. I have been there for lunch and dinner The Food is always hot and ready the staff is very friendly and the price is reasonable they also have a take out menu or ya can choose your own from the buffet If you get a chance to check out this place
