My daughter has attended since 2011 pre k 3. All her teachers have been great except her first grade teacher Ms. Aguilar. Ms. Aguilar does not routinely check homework folders, leaves it up to the children to places packets and books in the homework bags and I've spoken to other parents that help out in the class that say she is always in a bad mood with the children. When I messaged her regarding some issues I was coming across with my daughters homework she seemed defensive as if she didn't like being called out other laziness and lack of responsibility to teach. Plus, my daughter has told me she brings her 6 month old to class because she doesn't have a baby sitter. This has been confirmed with another parent. The school itself is great but I dislike this teacher. It's her first year there 2014-15 and she is horrible. Her classroom is a mess and she is very unorganized.
