A small place and friendly people, but very expensive. I was refered by my vet because my animal might have cancer. It cost 110.00 just to walk in the door. I was under the "misunderstanding" that this would include a work up of sorts to determine or at least to narrow down what the problem was. I got an xray and some bloodwork and my final bill was over 600.00! I told the receptionist i could not afford that much, and she said the labs had not been sent off so she could take off the charge. I ended up paying 420.00, and all i know is that its some kind of cancer and it doesnt look good. Not to mention the 120.00 I had already paid to my vet for exam and meds before the referal.Like I said before, they are nice people, but not once did anyone tell me the expense before it happened. And what a waste to put my animal through bloodwork just to throw it away because they couldnt send it to the lab. They really need to be alot more upfront. And no, I will not be returning to this clinic.

Dr. Bringhurst truly loves animals and is very kind with them and thorough in his explanations to me. He is never in a hurry and will answer any and all questions which I appreciate.

I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Brinkhearst for many years and he has always been a great vet for them. I have never had abad experience there.
