Rooms for rent. The facilities include five private bedrooms, twin beds, drawers, and two bathrooms across the hall. Close to bus routes and not far from downtown. Residents have access to common living areas, including kitchen, TV area, washer and dryer. All bills paid are accounted for. Cable box and WIFI is provided to all private rooms. Clean linens are provided upon admission. Leases available starting at $160 to $170 weekly. There is a $20 application fee and a $400 security deposit. Must meet income requirements of 2x weekly rent and residents must be eighteen or older and no pets. There is a maximum occupancy of two residents per room. Admissions on Saturdays only. Its a very nice house and the only problems I had were with the previous managers who were fired. Thank god. Its a truly nice place to stay now.
Nice house with very few rules that are easy to follow and the rent is not bad either. Basically all you have to do is clean up after yourself and respect the other tenants.
