Blue Ribbon Sausage & Bacon delivers smoked sausage and bacon products made using German recipes. The company has two brands of products; Blue Ribbon and Texas Tradition. Some products provided by Blue Ribbon are thick sliced bacon, hickory smoked sausage, breakfast sausage and breakfast sandwiches. Under Texas Traditions brand, the company provides smoked sausage links, smoked sausage ropes and fajitas. Few of its recipes include sausage with ranch style bean, Blue Ribbon sausage benedicts and Blue Ribbon smoked sausage jambalaya.
