I like to try new places to eat based on reviews a couple of times a month and I just tried Blakes. Whoa--The BBQ was scrumptious! I will be back to try a burger. Good job Blakes!

While the looks of the place is not 'modern', the food is exceptional and some of the best BBQ in Houston. We've visited most of the offerings in and around the city and Blake's is at the very top of our list and has been for years. It just can't get any better in the Houston area. Hopefully they'll be around as long as we're around. Awesome BBQ!

Blakes has the best BBQ and hamburgers out there. If you can finish one of their burgers you need a wheelbarrow to get out the door. The homemade cakes and the homemade ice cream is to die for.
