I was extremely impressed with the service dept, at Champions where they serviced my equinox for 3 years, We susequently went there to purchase two 2011 vehicles, Everyone there made us feel like part of the family. The salesman was very knowlegeable and immediately brought several team members to help us as well. We even met with the general manager, Mr. John Hayes, who was wonderful to work with, Even the receptionist remarked on her way out to the salesman to be sure and take care of her friends. When we went to close the deals, we were disappointed in the monthly note because it did not meet our budget needs. The financial person told us "the customer always comes first at Champions" and immediately lowered our note to meet our needs. We are truly impressed with this dealership and will be back to purchase other cars with them again., Thanks Champions for making us feel like one of the family.
