I went to the clinic with my boyfriend last week. We both had flu like symptoms. We were both charged but placed in the same room.(not a deal breaker,) The doctor spent less then !0 min. total talking to us both. When I went back a week later, because I was sicker not better, I was told I had to pay again. I, rudely I admit, informed the clerk I was not about to pay someone to get it wrong twice. This is a business and runs strictly like a business with little or know concern for the health of their patients.

The doctors and the service on the medical side were polite, expedient, professional and fantastic. However negotiating the back-office end of things has been a bear of an effort (took me most of the day, and several phone calls) and I did have a very negative experience with the billing manager who was quite rude. The most important thing (and the reason I've changed my rating) fortunately after escalating to the branch manager, Sean -- I was able to get the information I required and was able to achieve satisfactory resolution regarding my concerns. It was explained to me that while the billing transitions have created some difficulties this is something Doctor's Express Vintage Park is working through with brighter hopes for the future. I'm willing to give them another chance. Every company has problems - and any company who's willing to ride it through and work to fix their issues is a company worth doing business with.

I want to express myself for a visit that I had there a couple of weeks ago. Dr. Express has two amazing young ladies that work there I believe their names are Carla and Eliana. They have a wonderful personality, if there where more Medical Assistants like them I would not mind going to the doctor. Ladies thank you so much for caring. Dr Lee is outstanding himself. Great Dr. you can tell he cares as well. I give you a A+ team

June 2012-Great front office staff! Horrible doctor attitude! For the price you pay for simple urgent care, which was highway robbery, they should treat you with respect and have a sincere want to help. Very rude doctor. She had total disregard for my illness and literally stood at the door waiting for me to shut up so she could leave.
