Had work done by previous roofer and they did a terrible job. A Better Roof came, fixed the issues and did other work at no charge at all. Fantastic customer service and easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend!

Great Job at a great price! I want to thank A Better Roof (ABR) and their roof repair technician Mr. Burchfield for a great job repairing my leaking valley. It seemed as though I might have had to live with this nightmare of a leak. 2 other roof companies and 1 handyman remodeling guy (that claimed to be a leak repair expert) could not repair this darn leak. It was so frustrating, especially because non of them would stand behind the work they did. ABR came out with Mr. Burchfield and even though it looked hopeless, they came up with a simple solution to "tear out" the other repair attempts and "reroof the valley". Labor and materials we provided with a written warranty in the contract. After 2 good rains there is no more leak! A Better Roof and Mr. Burchfield did a great job at a fair price, and I have a warranty. Thanks guys! John Donavon

People seem to be long winded and write long reviews for some reason. I will not be long winded. A Better Roof of Houston Texas did my roof and I am extremely satisfied. They were on time, gave me a very detailed estimate, I liked their price. So I told the salesman to call that evening and I would give him my decision. I checked A Better Roof out completely, they had references that checked out and an A Plus rating with the BBB. When William called I told him to start my job. I signed the contract the next morning, I paid zero down and the materials were delivered that afternoon. A Better Roof started the very next day and was completed by 6:00pm. I am very happy that my husband and I selected A Better Roof as contractor to do our roof replacement. We had many local roof companies come out and give us written estimates on the total cost for roof replacement. We did a sit down interview with each of the candidates selected as potential roofers for our roof replacement. I am a manager with a large company based in San Antonio, and I was very happy with the way the manager/senior sales representative Mr. Jones conducted himself during the Q & A interview we gave. The company did a fantastic job on the roof job, and A Better Roof upgraded our roof and covered the majority of my deductible from insurance proceeds. I tend to be a little cynical or skeptical toward sales people at times and perhaps a little paranoid that sales associates may try to take advantage of me due to my lack of knowledge, but that was not the case with Better Roof Company. My God! Where do I start! I called a bunch of roofers thinking I would get a nice variety of expert roofing estimates. I thought my roof situation was unique and complex because this repair was done once before a year ago by another company that is no longer around. I only had 2 roof companies respond to my request. My wife and I were very impressed with A Better Roof. They had a logical explanation to my roof leak situation and offered a repair solution that was precise and fair in price. The other company had a slightly better price but did not leave me or my wife with that confident feeling that we had with A Better Roof, LLC. My salesman was Mr. Ken Havard, and he was very knowledgeable of the different types of roofs that are permitted in my Spring neighborhood. My sister is having A Better Roof do her roof as well. A Better Roof, LLC assisted me with my insurance claim that was originally denied. I thought I was going to have to hire a lawyer l saw on TV to make sure I would have a fair claim. A Better Roof is a local roof company I chose to do my roof because they were the only company that met my qualifications! They are A LOCAL Roof Company; Current BBB members (in perfect standing); and they are actually fully bonded and insured. Mr. Poscher and A Better Roof was the only roof company that was able to provide to me an actual certificate of insurance. You would be shocked to know that no one else had a real insurance certificate. The certificate I got from A Better Roof actually came to me from A Better Roof's insurance provider. One company (no names please!) thought I was stupid and tried to show me a certificate, but it was not valid. The nerve of some idiots out there!A Better roof did a beautiful job and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Ask for Hans...he is the best!

They came out and did the estimate for free. Then after I signed the contract they started on time and finished ahead of schedule! Good job!
