Totally irresponsible and rude. I paid for my granite installation, sink and faucet in early Jan 2015 and was promised that the installation would be in 2 weeks. They kept postponing the date and it was only in mid February that the installation took place. Towards the end of the installation, they realized that the faucet that they sold me did not fit. They told me to pick up a suitable faucet from their showroom. I huuried to their showroom which was about 40 mins drive away. To my dismay, they did not have any suitable faucet and was told to drive to their another showroom (Houma Kitchen & Bath) which was another 10 miles away and I refused. I was totally disappointed at the way they handled the whole situation. It was clearly their mistake for selling me the wrong faucet but they did nothing to rectify it but expected me to drive around to fix their mistake. In the end, their manager only gave me a refund for my faucet and told me to buy a faucet from else where.
