Extremely dissatisfied. Called from long distance for funeral arrangement and gave my budget. Wanted a nice arrangement and was told $125 would do that better. I agreed that would be my MAX and they billed me $143.25. They took advantage and when I called to have it corrected, the owner gave me the f bomb. I would never call them again and I plan on telling my family of the experience. Can't trust them to their word!

My husband has been ordering from this place for years now and each year they just seem to amazed me. Arrangements are always beautiful and different with such unique vases. I have actually started collecting the vases. They go beyond what is expected of a nice arrangement, keep up the the good work.

this place is over priced and the arrangements are poorly put together! and charlene is a very rude person with no customer service qualities!! i called them to express my disappointment with the cheap looking two flower arrangement in a coke bottle vase and was told you get what you get!!! I will NEVER use this florist again and suggest no one else use them!!!!

This is the best floral shop ever. Not only are the designs and arrangements beautiful, the customer service is just as beautiful. Love the happiness and warmth I receive ever time I call. I will not use any other. Titus Savoie

DP Orlando,Fl..... They are the best by far, always had the freshest of flowers delivered, always delivered in a timely manner, does great gift baskets and wreaths. Have never been dissatisfied. They give personal service.Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
