We came up to visit our son at Mich Tech. The second night we were there, he called us to take him to the hospital with a broken bone. Having no idea where the hospital was, we went to the front desk where ADAM gave us a highlighted map. He talked my husband through the route and the hospital was found with no problem. Thank you, Adam!! Also, the room was clean, breakfast good (best waffles), and all staff were friendly and helpful.
