Moyle Concrete is the Houghton, Mich., division of Moyle Construction, one of the largest commercial contractors in Michigan s upper peninsula The company s state-of-the-art plant produces high-quality concrete year round, while its Calumet, Mich., and Ontonagon, Mich., plants operate seasonally. Moyle Concrete was the recipient of the Wisconsin Ready Mixed Concrete Association s 2000 Concrete Design Award for the concrete used at the Bluffs Senior Living Complex. The company s other department, Moyle Building Supply, provides the builder and home remodeler with a full line of building supplies and professional advice. Moyle Building Supply offers lumber, tools, adhesives, fixtures, shingles and everything needed for building and remodeling. The parent company was founded by Thomas J. Moyle Jr. in 1976 as a residential and light commercial contractor.
