I have always trusted Toni for my travel plans. Our family used her when she was at another agency and followed her when she started her own. I have been doing business with her for over 10 years and she has never disappointed us. She never charges us booking fee's on packages and you can tell she has a real passion for what she does.

I had to put together a trip for my wifes 40th birthday. She has always dreamed of an "adventure tour" to Costa Rica. I tried on my own several times to get it done. I had nothing but headaches trying to incorporate everything my wife wanted to do. I saw an ad for Gypsy Travel and called. It turns out that Toni Russell was a Costa Rica Specialist. All I had to do was tell her what we wanted, and it took her a day to get back to me with the perfect trip! She listened to what I wanted, and seemed to genuinely care about my trip. She added the "personal touches" that I wanted for my wife. The trip was everything we had hoped for and more. Toni even had a gift waiting for us in Costa Rica! On our return, we received a welcome home card for her as well! She went above and beyond for us.! You have clients for life!

I booked a trip for 10 people, and Toni did everything for me. Our trip was fabulous! She was friendly and really searched for the best deal. She came in lower then anything we could find on the web or elsewhere. You can really tell she loves what she does. Her enthusiasm for our trip was great!
