On October 19, 2012 the BBB sent J. B. Banning, President of Money In The Bank (hereinafter MIB), a letter in which certain questions were asked about the business. In said letter, Mr. Banning was asked if he was if he was acting a mortgage broker or if MIB employed or otherwise use the services of a mortgage broker. He was asked if he was bonded or if he carried an 'errors or omissions" policy. He was asked to disclose MIB's policies concerning the handling of any monies taken in by MIB in the course of business. He was asked to provide copies of legal documents used by NIB and to disclose the identity of the person that drafted any such documents. On or about October 24, 2012 an employee of MIB left a voice message with BBB asking for additional information. The information was provided. MIB did not make any other response to the letter.
