Great addition to the dining tradition of Hot Springs National Park. Great American, Asian fusion cuisine. My first try of the Hawaiian Sirloin surprised me! Great fruit salsa and steak so tender I could cut the leftovers with a plastic knife at home after reheating. Good people and really good food. Tops in Hot Springs.
