Service was fast, efficient, they checked everything according to schedule and were extremely courteous. I couldn't have asked for more or better!!
I use this service department all the time. They are my favorite! They know me by name. They always work to get me in and out quickly, since I travel and am always working and rushing. They do a complete check on my car and keep me updated on the services recommended, but have never, ever pressured me. I just cannot say enough about about the Riser Nissan Service Department in Hot Springs, AR! Tim and Kathy are the greatest, as well as everyone else that has helped me!

I received excellent, prompt service for an oil change and tire rotation. They even gave me two gold dollars while I waited. What more can a person expect?

Always receive great service without a long wait. Customers like to see that service managers stay. Kathy has been there almost since I bought my Z, and consistently provides excellent service with a smile.

Came in for oil/filter service. Have done that service exclusively at dealership. Get in and out well. Only problem has been after tech checks air filter, about every 2nd or 3rd change the breather tube doesn't get re-attached tight and it loosens later after driving away and the car won't run. Has happened 6-8 times in 109,000 miles. I carry a little tool set and have gotten quite good at fixing it. Luckily, my wife hasn't been left on the side of the road by herself. I have let the service dept. know several times but.........still happens.
AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE.WE DID HAVE ONE MISUNDERSTANDING. THE MAN IN CHARGE SAID NISSAN WOULD PAY THE TAXES ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY WERE ADDED TO MY BALANCE. LAST CAR WE BOUGHT THERE THE TAXES WERE PAID BY NISSAN IN 2010. A CHECK WAS SENT DIRECTLY TO THE COURT HOUSE. LIED TO US THIS TIME. WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD PAY THE TAXES, THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT HE MEANT. DID ENJOY DOING BUSINESS WITH JASON.
I have always had a great experience with Riser Nissan. Since my husband passed away, having someone that I can trust means a lot to me and I feel that I can totally trust Riser. Service is really satisfying for me. Keep up the great work and I will continue to be a customer.
We were treated w/great respect even though we purchased at another dealer. Service was fast and thorough. Waiting room was relaxing and refreshing for our wait. We were well informed of what had been done upon our exit. We will be back here for our next need of service.

The service department at Riser Nissan always does a great job. They're fast, thorough and efficient and always have a smile! Their prices are great too. I always feel like they take care of me & my Murano!

Everyone is very friendly and service ie quick and excellent. I would like to have my car cleaned at times, as I was told when I purchased it, but have to admit, I didn't ask.
EXCELLENT SALES STAFF. DID PROPER FOLLOW UP. I AM 77 YEARS OLD ,BOUGHT MANY CARS. THIS WAS ONE OF MY BEST BUYING EXPERIENCES. THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED ME. ROSS
