I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The management is very poor and nothing was ever built in over a year of being there (ie, the pool, playground, gated complex, etc..) Also, be prepared to lose your deposit. No matter how clean you are, you will will end up with only 1/4 of your deposit returned. The owner is only concerned with the money he gets. They held out $75 for "touch up paint", $45 for carpet cleaning, (has to be cleaned on the day you move out), mine was cleaned by a professional a month prior, $10 for the windows, $20 for oven cleaning. And anything else they see fit to charge you for. My deposit was $250.00 and I ended up with $100.00 of which I am still waiting on $20 of that. The property mgr wrote the check for $80 and still owes me the remaining balance. As I said earlier it doesnt matter how clean of a person you are or that your rent was pd on time. Beware of this complex and its owner/property mgr. My daughter also lost most of her deposit too
