Founded in 1964, Brotoloc is a long-term care and community placement organization that serves people who suffer from multiple diagnosis, mental illnesses, developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. It serves more than 400 individuals in Wisconsin through a network of over 50 county human service agencies, private organizations and individuals. Brotoloc has a team of medical doctors, psychologists, therapists, educators, social workers, registered nurses and trained paraprofessional staff members. It provides psychiatric, behavioral and neuropsychological assessment services. The organization specializes in pharmacological therapy management and personalized care planning services. It also offers consulting, educational, and individual and group psychotherapy services. Additionally, the organization provides aftercare, referral and residential services. Brotoloc maintains a location in Hortonville, Wis.
