I had a metal roof that leaked in a couple areas. One around the fireplace chimney stacks and a transition between the main roof and the front porch. John Pierce with JPs Roofing and Remodeling explained to me that the proper flashing in both areas was not installed 20 years ago. He also explained that my roof would probably not last but a few years more. We decided to replace the entire roof. The installation crew failed to replace the flashing on the chimney stacks (new roof panelsold flashing) and did not even put roofing panels in an area under the overhang of the garage gable. There were 3 attic fans on the main roof. The installation crew failed to re-connect 2 of those attic fans. Had to have a second visit. Then later on we noticed leaks in the valley area between the main/front porch and the garage roof line. After another 4 visits and adjustments, we are still experiencing leaks. I have sent texts with video, e-mails and phone voicemails with no response from the company. We are very dissatisfied this company as we will have to call another roofer to clear up the problems from the negligence of JPs Roofing
