If I could give it a 0 I would. EVERY single time I order something online and it is shipped via UPS, my package sits at the Horsham location for at least 2 days before it is delivered. I only live 20 minutes from the distribution center! I could go and pick it up myself! SO RIDICULOUS and frustrating!!!! This distribution center needs some serious management.

terrible customer service I drove twenty miles to be told my package was not there but still on truck with driver and would have to wait 2 hours or come back customer service ladwas not helpful and just proceed to tell me they are.very busy when I complained will not go there again!

Absolutely the worst service. I live 15 miles away and my package is just sitting there for two days. Frequently, when packages are delivered they're just tossed in the driveway and not brought to the door (distance of about 40 feet).

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! For the second time in a row, my package has been just sitting in the HUB. The last one sat there for 4 days! This one has been sitting there for 2 already. I AM SO GLAD I SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS!

Beyond awful customer service. Called to ask where my package was and the woman said "it's probably around here somewhere" and that was all the information she could give me. I went to pick it up and was told it was left on the truck. Driver would not deliver the package either. I will not use UPS ever again because of this location

UPS makes it very difficult to contact the Distribution Centers. There should be a local telephone number published. I received an email saying an attempt had been made by UPS to deliver a package to my PO Box. The Postal Service could not accept it. The email said it would be returned to the nearest UPS Distribution Center and I would have to go there to pick it up, bringing with me a copy of the label attached to the email. However, when I tried to open the attachment, Norton told me it had a virus and would not open it. I replied to the email to tell them and my reply did no go through. WHY CAN"T I JUST CALL THE DISTRIBUTION CENTER?
