The first time i went here...i had been driving all day...traveling...and didnt eat anything that morning...was soo hungry...i went thru their drive thru...i ordered a jr bacon cheese burger and a medium fry...well the service was just rude...i got my food...started to drive away...and i bit into an ice cold fry

I was a customer at Wendy's on Grand Central Avenue on Aug. 7th. and I had my grandson with me and they (Wendy's) gave him a mircophone toy in his kids meal and he was excited with it, when one of the manager's told us we would have to quiet him down or she would have to ask us to leave the restaurant because she had listen to about 10 minutes to long of him being loud and excited, instead of coming to the table she stood at the door way very unprofessional and told us this information. I would like something done about this, because after all they are the ones that gave him the toy to begin with. She the one that spoke was very unprofessional, and I don't think she should be in that field as a manager or assistance whatever her title maybe. It was not right how we were treated and I had friends with me also, and the little girl was even scared and talked about hoe we were treated.
