I just left there and let me just say I will NEVER go back. The old man, who worked on my nails, was incredibly rude and had no customer service in him. Not to mention that I now have a huge blister under 3 if my nails from where he got lazy and in stead of removing the surplus acrylic from under the nail he left it there to burn me. This place should either fire him or get the hell out of business. It has severely hone down hill. I'm getting married in 2 days and now I get to deal with burns.

I went there this pass Saturday 5/16/2015 my husband went golfing in Horesheads and I went to the mall shopping I needed a pedicure and went to nails tricks I was taking in right away but.... The guy who did my feet kept looking out at the mall like he was looking for someone wAs the worst pedicure I have ever had and I've had many it was done in less than 25 minutes I have gone to the one in my hometown of Johnson City but this place it the worst I would never go there again!!!

Had a guy do my sister's mani/pedi and he only did HALF the stuff he was suppose to. He didn't push back her cuticles on her toes or fingers! He did such a terrible job at her french manicure paint job that he had to redo it from the beginning TWICE! He was too busy staring at the other employee to notice what a crappy job he was doing. He was also RUDE! $40 for a mani/pedi of this beginners level is OUTRAGEOUS! It was only worth $10! A 12 year old can do a better job! She will NEVER return there. Only got 3 stars because they made him redo the paint job- which was airbrushed in the end. They also gave us 3 bottles of body butter cream for free to compensate for the terrible service. Don't go to the guy with the lazy eye... unless you like your mani/pedi to look like a 6 year old did it! I have had two mani/pedis there and both of mine were good. But the mani paint only lasted 3 days. And they do get crazy with the clear coat, getting it all over your fingers too!
