Never will I again rent a car from this location! First off, this was going through my car insurance as my car was in the body shop. My insurance agent scheduled the reservation for pick up of a mid size vehicle or bigger. I tried to confirm by calling their number and NO BODY ANSWERS THE PHONES OVER THERE! I recieved confirmation that they indeed had a vehicle for me so I went to pick the vehicle up and the staff was terrible! He refused to give me the car I had on reservation and put me in a compact car. First off, I'm claustrophobic and I explained this to the stuff but they told me "too bad, this is all we have for you". Sadly I needed the car so I ended up wuth it and asked about returning it the following day for a mid size vehicle. The man refused to answer me. Upon entering the vehicle, it was absolutely filthy. Dirt, hair and smelled awful. The next day, I tried to return the vehicle and got nothing but lip from the person.they refused to work with me. I ended up getting stuck with this vehicle for 10 days before complaining enough that I ended up switching carriers. Poor customer service and argumentative. Oh did I mention that I found VOMIT in the trunk? I had to clean it out as I could not stand to even sit in it. The vehicle mechanically is in very rough shape and I am surprised they even lease it out! Upon dropping it off, the location manager tried charging me the whole bill instead of my insurance company! After a out 30 minutes of explaining, he said he didnt charge me but yet at looking at my bank statement, he did! Had to call the 800 number and the operater was kind enough to help me out. Nothing against Hertz as a comoany but this location sucks! Better management is needed. While I was there, there was another client that came in behund me complaining also about how filthy her rental was as well. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT THROUGH THIS LOCATION!
