I was told by their receptionist to leave my Christmas tree by the curb and leave a check under the lid of the can and they'd take the tree. They did not.
After repeated attempts to contact them they finally answered the phone and responded with "sorry, you're stuck with your tree another week".
I think they should have gone out of their way to pick up the tree since it was their mistake.

Provided by YP.comI have used McMinn for years now and I can honestly say this is the best trash company I've ever had. They now have automatic billing, which makes it much easier. I had my bills sent both electronically and via mail, but I've occasionally still forgot to send a bill on time. They were very helpful and understanding and all I had to do was put the bill taped to the trash can for the next visit.

Provided by YP.comAwful customer service. I was forced to prove on multiple occasions that my trash service was paid to current as McMinn doesn't send invoices, they just skip your pick up day.
Even after I proved I was paid to current, they wouldn't come out until the next week saying that, "Well, we have routes and we can't just come pick up until it is your day." This is despite the fact that it was their error that they didn't pick up.
McMinn doesn't send invoices, doesn't have autobilling available, and doesn't notify you if they have a billing issue. Perhaps their other customers have psychic powers to know when there is a problem, but I sure don't.
