Called, The DeSoto! They need to renamed it, Trap House of Horn Lake! They let the drug dealers move in and take over, running off innocent renters they think is a threat to their supplies! The management don't give a damn about the peace and safety that the LOYAL renters want to have! These apartments are corrupt! Do not recommend to those who want to live in peace!

To those that are ratchet living, drug dealing, low life living, trashy (trifling) living, love to vandalize people cars and on Section 8: This apartment is for you! The management don't give a damn, the maintenance...forget it! The apartments are infested with roaches, ants and etc. So, if you like, well, come on down to Sutton Place Apartments aka Ratchetland of Horn Lake! You want peace, a great place for your family, don't move there! It's a hellhole for the ain'ts not the saints!
